Service terms & liability

Last updated: 20 September 2026. These terms apply to the X25 Apply service for private customers.

1. Service

We review and revise the job application documents you provide, including CVs, cover letters, references, diplomas, certificates and job postings. We improve structure, language, clarity and presentation.

2. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to use the uploaded documents for your order. We do not invent qualifications, jobs, degrees or assessments.

3. Processing uploaded data

Personal data needed for the order is processed to perform your contract. Upload only data needed for your application. Special categories or sensitive personal data should only be uploaded when necessary for the order and when you explicitly agree to that processing.

4. No success guarantee

We improve application documents but do not guarantee an interview, employment, a particular employer response or any specific career outcome.

5. Your final review

Please review the finished documents before sending them. You decide whether and to whom the documents are sent.

6. Liability

We remain liable where required by mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for employer decisions, inaccurate or incomplete source information supplied by the customer, or changes the customer makes after delivery. Mandatory liability cannot be excluded by these terms.
