Your application may contain private details about your education or work. Only provide the information you need for the document review, and check every file before you upload it.

We use your account details, billing details and files only to run this service. We need them to work on your order, handle payments and keep the records required by law.

Files

Your uploads are not stored in the public part of the website. You can see them in your account. Our team can access them to work on your order.

Stripe is used for card payments and technically required refunds. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. Invoices, credit notes and cancellation invoices are created and archived exclusively by X25Apply/Management Consulting Mayr; Stripe does not issue these accounting documents. X25Apply stores only the payment and refund references and snapshots required for the order, payment processing and accounting evidence.

We measure general website visits without cookies or access to your uploaded documents. Other usage data is collected only if you give your consent.

Before the service goes live, we must set a clear period for deleting uploads and completed documents. We must also make sure that deletion works. We keep invoice records for as long as the law requires.

This is a working privacy text. It still needs a legal review for Switzerland, Germany and Austria before the service goes live.
