We process account data, billing data and uploaded files only to operate the service, fulfil your order, process payment and meet legal documentation duties.

Files

Uploads are stored outside the public web directory. Access is limited to the assigned account and administrative order processing.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. X25 Apply stores only payment references and snapshots required for the order and accounting evidence.

Analytics

Cookieless technical audience measurement may run without personal content data. Optional analytics technologies are activated only after consent.

Retention

A concrete deletion period for uploads and finished documents must be set and technically enforced before production launch. Invoice data is retained according to applicable legal retention duties.
